DESIGN
The new Tacoma has been redesigned from the ground up and built upon the TNGA-F global truck platform, shared with both the Tundra and Sequoia models. The all-new Tacoma was designed and engineered specifically for North America. In its fourth generation, Tacoma utilizes a new high-strength boxed, steel-ladder frame, which adds numerous features that off-road enthusiasts can choose from, depending on the driving environment. It also features an available fully redesigned multi-link coil rear suspension that greatly improves both ride and handling.

TOYOTA SAFETY SENSE (TSS-P)
Safety and technology have never been more intertwined than they are right now. New technologies are helping keep us safer on and off-road more than ever before. The All-New Tacoma is designed to keep you safe and sound on any terrain. The 2024 Tacoma incorporates some of Toyota’s most advanced safety systems with Toyota Safety Sense 3.0. This system that comes standard on every Tacoma model includes:
- Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection
- Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC)
- Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist (LDA w/SA)
- Automatic High Beams (AHB)
PERFORMANCE
The new Tacoma offers two powerful and efficient turbocharged four-cylinder powertrains including a top-of-the-line i-FORCE MAX hybrid, producing 326 horsepower, and a massive 465 pounds per foot of torque. The i-FORCE MAX hybrid models will be available in early 2024.

Toyota has consistently impressed truck enthusiasts with its commitment to durability, off-road capability, and advanced technology, and the latest iteration of the Tacoma is no exception.
TECHNOLOGY
The Tacoma’s suite of technological features is impressive and plentiful, and the updated cabin hosts the latest technology. Beginning with the information screens, a new 8-inch, or available, 14-inch multimedia touchscreen displays Toyota’s latest Audio Multimedia system that debuted on the 2022 Tundra pickup. The system supports wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ compatibility, and pairs with the available Qi wireless charging pad with enhanced power output. A 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster with four different styles is standard on higher grades, while a 7-inch gauge cluster is standard on lower grades. Toyota’s Smart Key system, with push-button start, is included on all grades. The Digital Key can also be remotely shared with others to give more control over vehicle access, rather than giving someone the physical key. Additionally, a Smart Card key is available, which essentially is a credit card-sized smart key that allows the driver to carry their key easily and conveniently with them while on the go.
